In this 1 x time FREE Introduction Session we will introduce you to the HYRIG space and what you should expect from all sessions here at HYRIG.
We will also teach you the technique required for the 2 focuses that are currently within the 6 week block.
This is a great place to start, helping to build your confidence and prepare you for what’s in store at HYRIG.

Hard work for 45 seconds, with 15 seconds of Rest, finishing with a 30 seconds Blast of each exercise.
These sessions are designed to be physically demanding, but with simple movements, this is to allow you to get the most out of the session.
Working with a timer and a set format will help you understand the programming and know what is expected from the onset.
Short sections of rest for the body and heart rate to come down but not enough to enter into a recovery state.
Working with metabolic training, so hard work for 45 seconds and 15 seconds rest; this will adapted later in the programme for more varied variations once people are used to the current format.

Working in teams of 2 (Red and Yellow Team) with 2 minutes of Strength Focus, 2 minutes of active recovery, AMRAPS (as many rounds as possible) and endurance section to help build stamina, and challenge you no matter your fitness level.
To Strengthen the body as well as the mind.
A full body workout with a twin focus 6 week bespoke progressive programme at its core, helping you see results fast and effectively.
These sessions are designed to provide you with the knowledge and strength to see and feel progression from week to week.
Working with a mix of 1 minute work, 1 minute rest and AMRAPs (As Many Rounds As Possible) to help scale the weight and challenge to your level, no matter what your fitness level is.

A session like no other, where we will drive you to a next level version of yourself, a combination of the RUSH, HYROX, and BUILD sessions.
These sessions will provide you with a full body workout, with a singular progressive focus from the strength sessions that week.
There will be a mix of AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible), EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute) completion blocks, max reps and metcon blocks.
A very challenging session for the body as well as the mind, utilising everything that the HYRIG has to offer. A bespoke programme for those already experienced in group fitness.
